Refund policy
Any refunds on tuning service MUST be done before initial base map is received. Once any work has been performed, and any calibration or base maps have been completed, refunds are no longer applicable.
If any hardware/Engine Control Unit reading/writing hard parts were purchased and shipped out, they must be returned to us within 30 days, unused, and in new, fully functional condition. If a file has been sent, then used with any hard products sold, that product no longer qualifies for a refund.
If a transaction needs to be reversed, for whatever reason, it should be done as soon as possible. Specific vehicle data should not be dumped to Rogue Art Tuning, LLC if a refund is to be requested, and any request for a refund should be done in a timely manner, so that any potentional work is not performed.
If any hard products are to be returned, it must be before ANY calibration work has been performed (including the creation of initial base calibrations), and any costs for shipping return are the customer's own responsibility. Once the returned hard product has arrived at the shipper's original location, the quality of said hardware needs to be verified for condition and functionality before the refund can be issued.
