Shipping policy

Shipping is not included on any hardware sold for any tuning products, customer is subject to any shipping costs on top of the cost of any tuning work being performed. 

Standard shipping purchases will be sent through FedEx Ground, with insurance on the value of said hardware. The product insurance can make the shipping cost more expensive, but covers any loss/damages done during the shipping process, ensuring you receive a quality product in new, working condition, as the end user. 

Additional shipping options are available at time of purchase through our webstore, and can also be upgraded after purchase, as long as it is before a FedEx shipping label has been created. If you want to upgrade shipping after purchase, make sure to communicate that with us at sales@roguearttuning.com as quickly as possible. 

Any hardware product refunds being performed, regardless of reason, must be shipped back to Rogue Art Tuning, LLC's original address product was shipped from. Insuring refund shipping for the value of said hardware is ideal, as refund cannot be performed unless product is unused, in working order, and undamaged, by the customer, or any shipping services.
